    美食佳第二辑——孜然牛肉

    今天推出美食佳第二辑——孜然牛肉
    受到电视节目的启发,今天自己想到了一个菜——孜然牛肉,准备尝试一下。
    首先介绍原材料:牛里脊,辣椒,花椒,葱,姜还有最重要的香料,孜然。

    牛肉切小块,洗干净后放入高压锅内。加入料酒、葱、姜去腥,盖上锅盖煮十分钟。很多人烧牛肉很容易把牛肉烧的很老,放在高压锅里煮牛肉可以把牛肉煮的很酥但不会很烂,口感正好。

    一切准备就绪后,在锅内加入少量食用油,待油锅热后倒入葱段、辣椒、花椒煸香,翻炒。

    待煸出香味后(很花椒、辣椒味很刺鼻,小心喷嚏打进油锅里哦),加入牛肉继续翻炒。加入少量生抽,味精调味,最后将孜然倒入翻炒一两分钟后即可出锅。

    这个菜够麻,够辣,还有孜然特有的香味。
